  • Our focus is on one-to-one coaching rather than a standard membership gym or busy group classes.

    Every client gets individual support, a tailored programme, and training that is built around their goals.

  • Your first step is our 90 minute wellness evaluation. This allows us to understand your goals, lifestyle, current fitness, health history, and anything else we need to build the right plan for you.

  • We take a full look at your health, fitness, lifestyle, and nutrition, then use that information to design your training programme. It is a detailed starting point that helps us match the service to your needs

  • We offer one-to-one, or duo personal training sessions, tailored to each client. These can be focused on weight loss, general fitness, rehabilitation, and sports performance

  • Sessions are available in blocks of 5 or 10, with 30 minute or 60 minute options available. 30 minute sessions start at £35 each and 60 minute sessions start at £52.50 each.

  • No. You do not need to be fit before you begin. We regularly work with people starting from scratch, returning after time off, or rebuilding confidence in exercise.


  • Yes. We support clients of all ages and abilities, including people recovering from injury or illness and those looking to improve health and movement.

  • Yes, clients can use the gym between sessions as part of the service.

  • Yes, we have free parking on site with free on street parking nearby.
