We work with clients of all ages and abilities, supporting everything from injury and illness rehabilitation through to high-performance, sport-specific training.
Our expertise spans strength and conditioning, weight loss and advanced nutritional guidance. We also collaborate closely with trusted local specialists including chiropractors, physiotherapists, podiatrists and orthopaedic consultants to support recovery from procedures such as knee and hip replacements, as well as rehabilitation following back, neck or sciatic issues.
At the performance end, we’ve helped train a wide range of athletes across sports including golf, rugby, HYROX, football, tennis, squash, swimming, athletics, running, and skiing. We’ve also supported many clients in reaching the fitness standards required for careers in the fire service, police, RAF and armed forces.

Wellness Evaluation
Your journey with BodyGuards begins with our Wellness Evaluation—a comprehensive assessment designed to understand your goals and current fitness levels fully.
During this session, we take a detailed look at your health, fitness, lifestyle, and nutrition. Every assessment is different and depends on your goals and using this insight, your personal trainer can tailor your sessions specifically to your goals, lifestyle, and long-term wellbeing—giving you a clear, structured path forward.
This personalised approach ensures you’re not just starting a programme, but building a sustainable foundation for lasting results.
Wellness Evaluation (90mins): £110
Personal Training
We offer flexible personal training sessions to suit your schedule and goals, with 30 or 60-minute options available.
Sessions can be booked in blocks of 5 or 10, with prices starting from £35 for 30 minutes and £52.50 for 60 minutes.
When you join BodyGuards, you’ll also enjoy access to our private gym outside of your session times—giving you the freedom to train whenever it suits you.
If you’d prefer to train with a partner, our Duo sessions are a great way to stay motivated while working towards your goals together.
