Terms & Conditions

  • Personal training is paid monthly, in advance providing a specified number of personal training sessions, as agreed between the member and Bodyguards Fitness Service Ltd.

  • Unused sessions from a given month can be rolled over for 1 additional month and will be used after the sessions included in the current month’s payment.

  • Sessions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

  • Sessions must be used within their applicable two-month validity period unless otherwise agreed in writing with Bodyguards management.

  • If a session is cancelled, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given directly to your Personal Trainer. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or if you fail to attend, the session will be deducted from your available session balance.

  • Members are responsible for using their session allowance within the applicable validity period. Any remaining after the two-month validity period will expire and will not be refunded, credited, or transferred unless otherwise agreed with Bodyguards Fitness.

  • Monthly payments continue in accordance with the agreed payment arrangement unless cancelled or amended in accordance with the terms agreed with Bodyguards Fitness

  • You may cancel at any time without notice, but once a monthly billing period has started, it cannot be cancelled or paused and the payment remains due in full.

  • If your main Coach is unavailable for an extended period, suitable cover will be offered by another qualified team member, subject to availability.

  • Member parking is limited to the lower two car parks. Parking elsewhere near the building is not permitted for safety reasons.

  • You are responsible for your own health and safety when using the gym unsupervised. Bodyguards Fitness Service Ltd accepts no responsibility for injury, death, or loss or damage to personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

  • Use equipment safely and only as instructed by Bodyguards personnel. Only use equipment you have been shown how to use.

Data Protection

  • We process your personal data—including contact, medical, attendance, and CCTV information—in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Further details, including how we use your data and your rights, are set out in our Privacy Notice, available on our website or at reception. By using the gym, you acknowledge this notice. By using the gym, you agree that we may process your personal data as described in that notice.
